OUR LEAD PASTORS
Lonnie and Erica Richardson have been married for 25 years, and have a son named Caleb and a daughter named Madison. They currently reside in the Milford area.
Lonnie and Erica have been privileged to be lead pastors over several churches. Their calling has been to help churches in decline or in a serious financial crisis. The Lord has allowed them to help birth new life, and help build a solid foundation in these churches which are still thriving communities of believers to this day.
Erica worked in the corporate world for 15 years, and is currently a Human Resources Manager for a law firm in downtown Cincinnati. Lonnie has been engaged in ministry since his early 20’s. First beginning at Teen Challenge as an educational supervisor and preaching pastor, as well as being a lead pastor for over a combined 14 years. Lonnie currently co-founded the highest rated company in its field of service in the Cincinnati area.
